If you bought a Non-Cremation ring, we will begin immediately and will not need ashes.
If you bought a Cremation Ring:

- Please allow 1-2 days for us to message you via text message after we get the ashes In the mail. We text message all customers, confirming the order before we begin.
- We send pictures after JUST ash inlay and of the finished pieces before we ship. We return all leftover ashes not used back with your finished jewelry.
